From the Boyden Reporter, November 7, 1925:

EARL NELSON RENSINK

Earl Nelson, the small son of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Rensink, who reside southeast of Boyden, died Monday, Nov. 2nd after a short illness. Funeral services were held Wednesday, and interment was made in the cemetery at Hospers. The Reporter joions their many friends in extending sympathy to the parents.

Little Boy Dies After Suffering

Nelson Earl Rensink, six months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Rensink, was buried at Newkirk, Wednesday afternoon. The little one was taken ill Saturday and was removed to a hospital at Sheldon but nothing could be done to save his life, death coming about Monday noon. The bereaved family have the sympathy of the community.

However, he does appear in FindaGrave.com as Nelson Earl Rensink, born May 14, 1925 in Newkirk, Sioux County; died Nov. 23, 1925 in Newkirk; buried in Newkirk Cemetery; parents Sylvester Rensink (1900-1987) and Harriet Johanna Koolbeck Rensink (1897-1987); sibling Lloyd Bernard Rensink (1930-1954).

His death certificate has Nelson Earl Rensink; born May 14, 1925 in Lyon Township, O’Brien County, Iowa; parents Sylvester Rensink and Harriet Koolbeck; died November 2, 1925 at 11:50 a.m. of intusseption[??] of bowels; buried in Newkirk Cemetery, Hospers, Iowa.
