Mrs. Dykstra, (Alice Marie/Schuller) was born July 6, 1904.
She came to Rock Valley in 1919 and was graduated from
Rock Valley high school in 1923. She taught schools and was
an operator in the Northwestern Bell Telephone office for
many years.

She married Gerrit Dykstra and three sons were born to
them.
They moved to California and lived at Norwalk for several
years.

She died at the Lakewood hospital at Bellflower, June 8,
1961.

Funeral services were held at the Flower Garden chapel at
Norwalk, with Rev William J. Miedema officiating.

Interment was made in Rose Hill Memorial Park cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Gerrit, three sons, Keith,
Philip and Arthur.
