Howard Jelgerhuis buried Monday

Howard Jelgerhuis, 76, of Orange City, died July 5 at the Orange City Hospital. Services were held at 10:30 a.m., July 8 In the American Reformed Church with the Reverend Alvin Hook officiating. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery under the direction of the Van Etten Funeral Home.

Mr. Jelgerhuis was born August 30, 1897 at Orange City where he lived all of his life. He was a retired egg merchant.

Survivors Include the widow, the former Gertrude De Mots; two brothers. Wilson of Huron, South Dakota and John of the State of Washington, and a sister, Mrs. Milton Felix of Carthage, South Dakota.
