Death: October 31, 1930Mrs. Hijmen Hymans passed away early Friday morning after a lingering illness of several months duration. At times she suffered a great deal but she patiently awaited the call of her Master.
Dirkje (Spijkerboer) Hymans was a member of the First Reformed Church and all though she has been feeble for many years and unable to attend regular services, yet she was a faithful, prayerful Christian Mother, and will be greatly missed by her loved ones and friends.
She leaves to mourn her departure a husband and five children, namely: Mrs. J. Wolfswinkle Sr., Mrs. H.D. Leusink, Henry Hymans, and Mrs. John Lensink and John Hymans.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the Church of which she was a member with Reverend G. Dowstra officiating, assisted by Reverend C. Stoppels.
