Mrs. Walroad. wife of H. M. Walroad. died on last Friday at the residence of John French, Mrs. Walroad has been an invalid fur several years. Rev. Hook, of Ireton, preached the funeral sermon in the Walrod school house, on Saturday, at 10 o'clock, a. m. Mrs. Walroad leaves a husband and many relatives to mourn her loss.

Note: Not sure but this could be the wife of Hiram M. Walrod born 1830-died 1907 Sioux City who was Catherine Cordelia Durand born 1840., one daughter Elizabeth H. Walrod 1862.
