From the Rock Valley Bee, August 22, 1924:

The remains of Mrs. Mary Robinson, sister of Thos. Cullinan, who died last Friday [August 15] were brought to Rock Valley for burial, and funeral services were held in St. Mary's Church Monday morning. Mrs. Robinson's home was in Sioux City where she had lived for several years.

From the Alton Democrat, August 23, 1924, Rock Valley news:

Mrs. Mary Robinson, wife of John W. Robinson of Sioux City, died at Sioux City Friday night of a complication of diseases after a lingering illness. Mrs. Robinson is the youngest sister of Tom Cullinan of this vicinity and is a former resident having spent her girlhood in the country northwest of Rock Valley. Ms. Robinson had attained the age of 45 years at the time of her death. She is survived by her husband and three bothers. Funeral services were held from the St. Mary's Catholic church Monday morning and burial took place at the St. Mary's Catholic cemetery amidst a light shower and the rumble of thunder.
