Steven Hulstein, 59, of Hull died Friday, September 19, at a Sioux City Hospital. Services were at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Hope Christian Reformed Church in Hull, with the Reverend Carl Bratt officiating. Burial was in Hope Cemetery at Hull. The Andringa Funeral Home of Sheldon is in charge.

Mr. Hulstein was born on March 7, 1921 to Steven and Johanna Heynen Hulstein at Sioux Center. He married Hermina Kiel on Oct. 2, 1941, at Morris. They lived at Mt. Carmel until 1945, when they moved to a farm near Hull.

He was a member of the Hope Christian Reformed Church.
