Adeline Slothouber age 75 of Warsaw, MO, formerly of Sioux Center, IA died June 22, 2017 at Lincoln Community Care Center in Lincoln, MO.
 
     Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at the Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center, IA with Rev. Van Rathbun officiating.  Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center.
 
     Visitation will be Monday June 26th with family present from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center.

  Adeline the daughter of John and Alice Riemersma born on July 18, 1941 in Sioux County, Iowa. Adeline graduated from George High School in 1959. On June 29, 1960, she was united in marriage to Gerald Slothouber in the Mattlock Reformed Church. They made their home in Boyden, Iowa. They later moved to Sioux Center, Iowa where they raised their family. In 2005, they retired to Warsaw, Missouri. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Warsaw, Missouri.

     Adeline is survived by her devoted husband Gerald, a daughter, Susan Frazier and husband Ben of Fort Worth, Texas, a son Brian Slothouber and wife Mary of Sioux Center, Iowa and Steven Slothouber and wife Connie of Fort Worth, Texas, daughter Tami Vanden Brink and husband Brian of Sioux Center, Iowa, eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
 
     She was preceded in death by her son, David Slothouber and grandson, Joel Slothouber.
