Carl Hospers, a native Sioux County passed away April 8 at his home in Santa Barbara, California, at the age of 73 years.

Carl Hospers is the son of Cornelius and Nellie (Galman) Hospers. He is survived by his wife, Lucille, one son, Neal, of Fort Worth, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. J.G. Gleysteen and Mrs. G.J. Slobe of Orange City.

He was laid to rest at West Lawn Cemetery, Orange City, Iowa.
