Services held Friday for Dena Vugteveen

Funeral services for Dena Vugteveen were held Friday at 1:00 o'clock in the Vander Ploeg funeral home and at 1:30 p.m. in the First Christian Reformed church. Rev. C. Huissen officiated and burial was in Valley View cemetery.

Pallbearers were Richard Vander Vegte, Walter Vander Well, Vincent McNamara, Dr. B. Meerdink, August Calsbeek and John Vande Kerk.

Miss Vugteveen was born at Tyndall, S. D., Sept. 12, 1888, and daughter of Henry and Louise Vugteveen. She died at her home, after several months of illness, May 31 at the age of 91 years.

Surviving are the aged mother; one brother, William; three sisters, Jennie, Mrs. William Wynia; Gertie, Mrs. Albert Klomp and Alberlian Vugteveen at home.
