Funeral services held at Canton for M. Middendorp

Funeral services for Marines Middendorp were held at the Canton Methodist church, 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Burial was in the Valley View cemetery at Rock Valley.

Mr. Middendorp died of a heart attack Saturday at the age of 70 years and eight and one half months.

Survivors include the widow; three daughters, Mrs. Kort Kuiper of Hollandale, Minn., and Mrs. Francis Gates and Mrs. Lester Williams of Canton, S. D.; 11 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Henry Donkervoort of London, Canada and three brothers, Evert in The Netherlands, Jake of Rock Valley and Gus of Sioux Falls, S.D.
