CORNIE ROZEBOOM

Funeral services were held at the Pioneer United Methodist Church at Rock Valley at 2 P.M. January 11, 1972 for Cornie Rozeboom, 79, of Rock Valley, who died January 8 at the Orange City Hospital after a three weeks illness.

Services were conducted by the Reverend William Ballard and burial was made in the Valley View Cemetery at Rock Valley.

Mr. Rozeboom was born to William and Antoinette (Vander Gijp) at Orange City, February 6, 1892. He married Ada Hines July 11, 1922, at Glenwood, Minnesota. She preceded him in death March 8, 1968.

Mr. Rozeboom was a World War I Veteran and a member of the American Legion. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include a son, William, of Ames; three brothers, Bernard of Ames, William of Ottumwa, Lloyd of Baltimore, Maryland; three sisters, Miss Helen, Mrs. Albert Van Oort and Mrs. Al Vanden Berg, all of Orange City; and six grandchildren.
