Thomas Rielly Former Resident Dies Thursday

Word has been received here of the recent death in Cavalier, N.D., of Thomas J. Rielly, 69, a former Rock Valley resident.

Services were held Monday, at 10 a.m. in St. Bridgit's Catholic church Cavalier, with burial in a St. Cloud cemetery.

Mr. Rielly was born July 17, 1889 in New Richmond, Wis, and received his education at Rock Valley. He worked as a livestock buyer in Iowa, Montana and South Dakota before moving to Cavalier in. 1939. He came to Grand Forks, N. D., in 1944, residing there until two years ago.

Survivors include his wife: one daughter, Mrs. James Murray, Wells, Minn.; four sons, John, Cambridge, Mass., Thomas, Chicago, ILL., and James and Bernard, St. Cloud. Also four brothers, John, Patrick and William, Rock Valley, and Edward, San Jose, CA., and four sisters, Mrs. Hannah Tuynman, Rock Valley, Sister Kathleen Mary and Sister Mary and Sister M. William, Pontiac, Michigan, and Sister Maura, Independence.
