Rites Here Monday For Julia Buckley Funeral services for Miss Julia Buckley, 79, of LeMars were held Monday morning in St. Mary's Catholic church at Alton, Rev. Zeno Reising officiating, and interment was in St. Mary's cemetery.

Miss Buckley died Friday, March 8th at the LeMars hospital after two weeks illness. She was born July 21 1874 at Neola and had lived in LeMars for fourteen years.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Nora Kilbride of LeMars and Mrs. Albert Martof Maurice; and a foster sister, Mrs. Wm. Young of Wakonda,S.D. She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters and four brothers.

Note: Her parents were Patrick Buckley Sr. 1835-1921 and Anne Ratigan 1844-1921
