Services Held in Doon Wednesday
for Luke Landman

Funeral services were held Wednesday for Luitje (Luke) Landman, 77, who died Jan. 19 in a Sioux Falls hospital after an illness of three weeks.

Services were held at his home, with Rev. C. Van Den Plate officiating.

Mr. Landman was born in the Netherlands June 18, 1880 and came to the United States at the
age of 10.

Survivors include one brother,Koert, of Sheldon and nine nieces and. nephews.

Burial was in Hope Cemetery at Hull under direction of Co-op Funeral home in Sioux Center.

Pallbearers were Cornie Van Tol, Henry Van Tol, Andrew Ten Braak, Walter Niemeyer,
Pete Hoekstra and Nick Gorter.
