Victor Nelson Dies Sunday

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p. m . Wednesday at The Lutheran church in Hudson, S. D.for Victor Nelson, 71, who died Sunday evening at his home after a brief illness.

Rev. E. S. Skaar officiated and burial was in Eden cemetery with the Van DeMore funeral home in charge. Masonic rites were conducted
by Jeptha lodge 121 A. F. & A. M.

Mr. Nelson was a farmer in Sioux county before his retirement in 1946 when he moved to Hudson.

Survivors are the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Vernon Wennblom of Hudson and Mrs. Lloyd Mercer of Canton, S. D.; a sister, Mrs. Arthur Amundson of Hudson and five grandchildren.
