Harriet TenKate, nee Nibbelink, 82 died in Chicago, ILL. on Jan. 31, 2016

Harriet's life will be celebrated on Sat. Feb 27, at Christ Church of Oak Brook, ILL. Memorial service will begin at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in memory of Harriet TenKate.

She was an exceptionally caring retired nurse, former piano teacher and life-long devoted Christian.

Harriet is loving mother of Lauren (Janice) TenKate and Mariea (Russell) Gracik; cherished grandmother of Harper; fond sister of Mathilda, Joan (Lee), Marie (Pete, and Archie (Marie) and dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were sister Geraldine and husband Henry Huisman, brother Bill and wife Wilma and infant sister Audrey Jean.
