ROMAN BUDDEN
Funeral services were held at St. Joseph Catholic church at Granville October 17 for Roman Budden. 49. of Granville, who died October 15 at his home in Granville following a brief illness. Services were conducted by the Rev. John Schissel and burial was made in St. Joseph cemetery.

Mr. Budden was born September 7, 1921, at Granville. He was married to Bertille (or Bertalle) Plath September 11, 1945, at Granville. He operated a gas tank truck.

Survivors include the widow; five sons, Terry of Sheldon, Tom, Jim, Gerry and Gary at home; five brothers Edwin of Ashton, Reynold, Norbert and Emil of Granville and Albert of Chicago four sisters, Mrs. John Poeckes and Mrs. Art Werfinger, both of Remsen, Mrs; Al Pottebaum of Alton and Mrs. Leo Hemme of Granville;
