Mrs. Hendrikje Gunnink of Hull died Thursday, February 26, at the age of 87. Funeral services were held Monday in Hull in the William Vander Wilt home and in the First Reformed Church, Reverend William De Jong officiating.

Mrs. Gunnink, formerly Miss Hendrikje De Groot was born in the Netherlands October 6, 1863. She was married in 1886 to Franz Gunnink. Six Children were born to them: Henry of Edgerton, Minnesota; Nell, Mrs. William Vander Wilt of Hull; Mrs. Hattie Calsbeek of Hull; John of Jamesville, Wisconsin; William of Hull; and Frank of Los Angeles. Her husband died in 1940.

Mrs. Gunnink’s health had been failing for some time.
