Gilbert Grooters Passes On

Gilbert Grooters, 54, of Cedar Falls, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin and Antonia (Moret) Grooters of Sheldon, passed away from a heart attack, Thursday afternoon, July 25, at his home in Cedar Falls.

Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Cedar Falls, and graveside services were held at the Boyden Cemetery, Saturday afternoon.

Mr. Grooters is survived by his widow, Kathryn(Juffers) Grooters, three children and some grandchildren.

He was a nephew of Albert Grooters, Mrs. Al Slothouber and Herman Moret of Orange City.
