Baetke, Augusta 1869-1960 St John’s Luth Cem Boyden

Note: She was the second wife of Rev. William/Wilhelm Baetke. Mrs. Wm. Baertke Augusta P. Matuscheska or Matusheski born 1869 died 1960 buried in St. John’s cemetery. Is listed in the Sioux county cemetery index as buried in St. John’s cemetery at Boyden IA. No obit was found in Sioux County papers, could have been carried in the Sheldon Paper.

Found her in the 1925 Iowa census as Augusta Bartke age 55 born about 1870 in Germany living in Sheridan Tsp Sioux County IA, married to Wm. Bartke, her father was Ludwig Matusheski and mother was Louisa Kroll. Wm. Bartke was 61 born about 1864 Germany. His father was John Bartke and mother was Elise Hein. Rev. W. Baetke was born 1861 died 1940
