Funeral Services Held Monday

For Mrs. Albert Mulder, 74
Funeral services were held at the First Christian Reformed church here at 1:30 p. m. Monday, August 19, for Mrs. Albert Mulder, 74, who died August 15 after a lingering illness. Services were conducted by the Rev. Richard DeRidder and burial was made in the Sioux Center Community cemetery with Co-operative Funeral Home of Sioux Center in charge of arrangements.

She was united in marriage with Fred Brantsen.on March 13, 1912. He preceded her in death in 1948. On August 7, 1951, she was married to Albert Mulder.

Survivors besides her husband Include a son, John L. Brantsen., of Sioux Center, and one daughter, Johanna (Mrs. Gerrit H. Van Roekel) of Sioux Center, eight step-children, Ralph Mulder of Bellflower Calif. , Mrs. Ben DeZeeuw of Bellflower, Calif., Mrs. Leonard DeStigter of Sioux Center, Mrs. Ben Koele of Orange City, Thomas Mulder of Hull, Mrs. Vernon Van Ommeren of Boyden, Alvin Mulder of Grand Rapids, Mich., Mrs. Peter Humme of Hull; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren; one brother, Gerrit Franken of Sioux Center: and one sister, Mrs. Arta Jacobsma, of Ocheyedan; four half brothers and one half-sister.
