Funeral services for Mrs. Douglas Gaul, 32, of Spirit Lake were held Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock at St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Mrs. Gaul, the former Nancy Wiggerman, died at her home in Spirit Lake following a lingering illness. She was the daughter of Mrs. Frank Sherman of Le Mars and the late Fred Wiggerman, She was a niece of Mrs. Euda Harnard.

Mrs. Gaul was born July 18, 1834 at Ireton and following her marriage had made her home at Spirit Lake.

She is survived by her husband, two children, a daughter Gwen 12, and a son Stephan 10, her mother and a brother James Wiggerman of Le Mars.

Relatives who attended the funeral of Mrs. Douglas Gaul were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hough of Marshall, Minnesota, Mrs. Rosemary Kielson nd sons Vincent and Kenneth of Sioux City, Mr. and Mrs. James Wiggerman and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sherman of Le Mars. There were many friends from various points in Iowa also.
