Leonard Bolkema born 29 Jun 1928 died 4 Jun 1929 as listed in the Sioux County headstone index was buried in the Hospers cemetery. No death notice was found in the newspapers on line.

However it was noted in the obituary of his brother Leroy Bolkema that he was preceded in death by an infant brother Leonard. They were children of John Bolkema and Winnie De Boer. See their obits for further family information.
