interested, that on the 22nd day of January 1931 the under signed was appointed by the District Court of Sioux County, Iowa, Administrator of the estate of Frank Benson deceased, late of said County Iowa.

From a well source ancestry.com report Frank Benson was born Nov 5, 1857 New York, died Jan 11, 1931 at Floyd Tsp Sheldon IA, buried Greenwood Cemetery Matlock Iowa. He was the son of Jacob Benson 1831 and Emily Jackson 1836-1883. He was married to Annabelle Evans 1885- Sep 10, 1914 buried Matlock IA. They were married 1905 per the 1910 census. They had at least four children Esther Ann 1906-1993, Jerry Benson 1908, Emery Benson 1909 and William Benson 1913. Frank was married before to Iona Adams who died in 1902, see her obit for further details.
