Funeral services for Jodi Jeane Foreman, age 2, were held Friday, April 7, 1978, at the Faith Lutheran Church in Orange City. Jodi was born May 2, 1976. She died April 5, 1978 following a brief illness.

Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rex Foreman of Alton; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hoops of Galva; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Foreman of Alton; maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Harden of Aurelia and Mrs. Herman Hoops of Galva; and paternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Josie Foreman of Hospers.

Funeral services were conducted by Reverend Larry Miller of the Faith Lutheran Church. Special music was provided by Mrs. Barbara Greiner, organist. The congregation sang “Singing Children of the Heavenly Father” and the “Twenty-Third Psalm.”

Casket bearers were Blaine Foreman and Bruce Gebauer. Interment was at the Nassau Township Cemetery, Alton, Iowa. Arrangements for the funeral were made by Van Gelder Funeral Home in Orange City.
