From the Sioux County Index (Hull), February 18, 1921:

Baby Died

The infant boy of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Scholten, of northwest of Hull, died Tuesday and was buried Thursday. The funeral was held at 1 o'clock, from the house, Rev. J. J. Weersing officiating. The community extends its sympathy to the bereaved parents.
