Little Two year old Mary Elgersma, daughter of Harry Elgersma of this city, died on Monday after an illness of several weeks with lung fever. Mr. Elgersma had the miss fortune to lose his wife about three months ago, making the present loss doubly hard. His only surviving child, an infant of three months, is also very ill with pneumonia. The funeral was held on Wednesday afternoon services being conducted by Rev. Timmerman.
