Albert Kroese, age 86, of Muskegon, MI. formerly of Hull, passed away on August 23, 2015 at Mercy Health in Muskegon.
There will be a memorial service on Sat. Oct. 3, at 1:30 p.m. at the First Christian Reformed Church in Hull. Rev. Loren Kotman will officiate Interment will follow at Hope Cemetery in Hull.
Albert was born on March 6, 1929 in Hull the son of Ivan and Alberta (Brummel) Kroese. He was raised at Hull and served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. On July 25, 1956 he married Eleanor Mae Visser in Grand Rapids, MI. they operated the Kroese farm at Hull for 44 years before movinig to Muskegon.
Survivors include his three children, Terry (Joyce) Kroese,a of Columbia, MO., Pamela Kroese of Jenison, MI., and Julie (Craig) DeMarr of Muskegon; five grandchildren; two brothers, Gerald (Harriet) Kroese of Orange City; and Hilmore (Lavonne) Kroese of Hull; two sisters, Johanna Ludema of Ann Arbor, MI; and Belle (Ken) Draayer of Hull; a sister-in-law, Agnes Kroese; and several nephews and nieces.

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by a brother, Irvin Kroese; and a brother-in-law Ken Ludema.
