Barbara Ann De Jong
Services for Barbara Ann Ver Meer De Jong, 28, of Hull were held at 10:00 a.m. July 26, at the First Reformed Church of Boyden, with Candidate Ron Cammenga officiating. Burial was in Hope Cemetery in Hull. Mrs. De Jong passed away Monday, July 23, at St. Luke's Hospital in Sioux City after a brief illness.

Barbara was born March 19, 1951 at Orange City to Frank & Esther Ver Meer. She graduated from the Boyden-Hull Schools and N.I.T.C. In 1970 she married Gerben L. De Jong and lived on a farm by Hull. She was a member of the Protestant Reformed Church of Hull.

Survivors include her husband, one son Todd, her parents, one sister Kathy, and one brother Donald of Boyden. She was preceded in death by one brother David and infant twin sisters.
