Ray Keegan, 66 Dies At LeMars
Requeim mass was offered Saturday morning, March ?? at St. Mary's church at 9:00 a.m. for Raymond Keegan, 66, who died March 22 at the Sacred Heart hospital in Le Mars, Thursday morning, after suffering a heart attack at his home Sunday evening. Rev. Father Edward Hoffman officiated and burial was in the St. Mary's cemetery at Rock Valley. Mr. Keegan was born December 23, 1889 at Rock Valley and has been a life long resident here. His parents and two brothers proceeded him in death. Pallbearers were Cloy McKeegan, Clarence Schemmer, Martin Cullinan, Claire Barry, Joe Hevern, and Walter Mc Namara.
He is survived by three sisters Way, Elizabeth, and Eleanor of Rock Valley and two brothers, Leo of Martin, S. D. and John at Doon. Rosary was read by Father Edward Hoffman at the home.
