WILL DE BOER
Funeral services for Will De Boer, 72, Carmel, who died Friday at his home, were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Carmel Reformed Church Rev. Gerald Heemstra, pastor officiated. Burial was in the Carmel cemetery under direction of the Co-operative funeral home of Sioux Center Towa.

Mr. De Boer was born August 3, 1891, at Friesland in The Netherands. He came to America and the
Sioux Center area when 13 years old He married Anna Valentine, October 17, 1916, at Doon, Iowa. They farmed near Doon two years and later lived in Wisconsin. Since 1938 they lived in the Carmel and Sioux Center vicinity.

Survivors include the widow, and four daughters, Mrs. Marvin Warntjes of Hull; Mrs. Elmer Tinker of Fairview, South Dakota; Mrs. John Hooyer of Arco, Minnesotar and Mrs Bernard Sandbulte of Luverne Minnesota.
