Services held Tues. for Dudley De Boer Funeral services for Dudley Charles De Boer, 39, who passed away Sunday morning at the Orange City hospital after being ill for a short time with lockjaw, were held Tuesday, October 27 at 1:30 p,m, at the First Reformed church of Alton. The Rev, E. Van Engelenhoven and Rev. Donald Lenderink officiated with burial at the Nassau Twp. Cemetery under the direction of the Van Etten Funeral Home. Ray and Geraldine Schreur sang "Face To Face" and''Beyond the Sunset accompanied by Mrs. Johr Fennema, organist. Pallbearers were Clifford Rowenhorst, Virgil Rowenhorst, Merlyn Rowenhorst, Lester De Boer, Clarence De Boer and David De Boer.

Mr. De Boer was born December 23, 1924, on a farm near Alton, and was the son of Douwe De Boer and Anna Rowenhorst De Boer. He is survived by his parents, two brothers, Homer De Boer and Robert De Boer; and two sisters, Mrs. Edwin Charlotte Meyer and Mrs. Delmar Charlene Kloster, and ten nieces and nephews.
