Peter R. Jungers died at his home two miles east of Hospers on Wednesday November 8th after suffering for more than a year with creeping paralysis. He was untied in marriage on Wednesday Jan 7th 1903 at St. Anthony’s church at Hospers to Miss Katie Gasckey of Fonda Iowa. This union was blessed with five children all of whom survive. Though the weather was very severe, the funeral was largely attended which speaks for the esteem in which deceased was held by his neighbors and friends.
