Services For Mrs. Davelaar Held Saturday Funeral services were held Saturday at 12:30 p.m. in the Rock Valley funeral home and at 2:00 p.m. in The Netherlands Reformed church for Mrs. Nellie Davelaar, 62. Mrs Davelaar died at a Sioux City hospital June 30, after a long illness.

Born June 5, 1896, at Pella she came to the Rock Valley area as a young woman. She was married
to William Davelaar. Rev. J. Van Zweden officiated at the services and burial was in Valley View cemetery.

Survivors include the widower; three sons, Willie G. and Peter E. of Rock Valley and Cornelius of
Ireton; a sister, Mrs. Martin Vander Brink of Artesia, Calif.; seven brothers, Lane, Jake and John Rus, all of Corsica, S. D., Marinus of Artesia, Calif., Art of Armour, S D. Neal of Holland, Mich, and Bert of Inwood and 10 grand children.
