Former Maurice Man Dies In Wisconsin
Fred Daniels, for many years a resident of Sioux County near Maurice, but recently of Neillsville WI, died Monday June 21 at the age of 75 years and 11 months. Interment was June 25 in the Neillsville cemetery.

Surviving are his widow, four daughters, on son, 18 grandchildren and a sister, Harriet Daniels. A son Maurice who was named for the former home town in Iowa, gave his life in the Service of his country during the war with Germany in 1944. He body has been returned to the US and was buried at Neillsville just four weeks before his father was laid beside him.
