Deaths of Mr. Hendrik Dapper died 19 Feb 1915 buried Orange City cemetery and wife Femmina Koning died 12 Apr 1920 also buried Orange City cemetery .

In the cemetery indexes for Sioux county they are listed as buried in blk D, lot 10 of the cemetery.

No official obit was found in the papers, other than that they were living as paupers and wards of the county.

H. J. G. Dapper died Saturday evening at the age of 67 years. He was born at Amsterdam, Netherlands, where he was a teacher of religion. He and his wife came to this country in 1893. They lived first in the eastern states, later in South Dakota and came here about 13 years ago. Deceased has two brothers and a sister living at Amsterdam. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 P.M. in the First Reformed church.

They had no children, they arrived in the USA in 1892 looking for a better life.
