Marie E. Boerhave 88, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerrit J (Daatje Wandscheer) Peelen passed away Monday July 23, 1990 at the Northwest Iowa Health Center, Sheldon, IA. She was born April 20, 1902
She married Klaas Boerhave Feb.5, 1925 in Sanborn, Iowa. He died March 20, 1966.
She was a member of the First Reformed Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Winora Pieper of Sheldon, IA; three sons, Evert, Ashton, IA; Glen, Pueblo, CO, and Kennth, Ashton, IA; one sister, Myrtle McConaghie, Yucaipi, CA; two brothers, Jake (Jack) Peelen, Sheldon, IA, Joe Peelen, Sibley, IA, fourteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
Her parents, one daughter (jeane Doorenbos) and one sister preceded her in death.

Interment: East Lawn Cemetery, Sheldon, IA.
