Elizabeth Beyer, 96, died Wednesday, April 30.

Services were at 1 P.M. Thursday, May 1, in the Walton Funeral Home in Sibley. The Reverend Ron Nutt and Walter Knochenmus officiated. Burial was in the Hope Cemetery in Hull.

Mrs. Beyer was born March 17, 1890, at Holland, Nebraska, the daughter of Henry and Lena (Vander Weg) Essink.

She married Henry Beyer on January 21, 194 at Holland, Nebraska. They lived near Hull. Her husband died in 1946. She moved to the Sibley area where she lived the past 30 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Lucy Jacobsma of Sibley; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Henry Jr.; one daughter, Henrietta Van Stelton, three brothers; four sisters and two infant children.
