MRS. GERRIT COULANDER

Funeral services were held at the
Christian Reformed church at Hawarden June 23 for Mrs. Gerrit Coulander 84 of Hawarden, who died June 19 at the nursing home in Hawarden after a long illness. Services were conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Vis and burial was made in Lebanon church cemetery.

Mrs. Coulander, the former Agnita DeBie, was born November 24, 1885 in The Netherlands. She was married to Gerrit Coulander at Sioux Center March 5, 1912.

Survivors include the widower- two daughters, Mrs. Dick (Dina) Dirksen of Rock Valley and Mrs. Clarence (Elizabeth)Bouma of Long Beach Calif ; four sons, Henry of Hospers, Gary of "Lakewood. Calif., Cornie of Ireton, Peter of Hawarden; 12 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
