Mrs. Henry Behrens, 85, of Paulina died Sunday at the Primghar Hospital after a lengthy illness. Services were Tuesday.

Mrs. Behrens, the former Emma Meyer, was born January 10, 1892 in O’Brian County and was married January 22, 1914. The couple farmed in the Calumet area until 1944 when they retired and moved to Paullina. Mr. Behrens died in 1971.

Survivors include a daughter, a son, and others.
