MRS. CHRISTINE BELDT

Matlock - Funeral services for Mrs. Christine Beldt, 64, a resident of this area for the last 41 years who died Monday, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Vander Ploeg funeral home at Sheldon and at 2:00 p.m. at the First Reformed Church here. Reverend Albert Van Dyke will officiate and burial will be in Greenwood cemetery at Matlock.

Mrs. Beldt was born July 24, 1893 at Boyden. She was married to Mr. Harry A. Beldt February 28 1917 at Boyden. They had farmed in this vicinity 41 years.

Survivors, in addition to the widower, are a daughter, Mrs. H.C. Stientjes of Albert City; a son Homer of Irving, Texas; four sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Vanden Brink and Mrs. Nettie Moret, both of Boyden, Mrs. E.A. Hoeven of La Canada, California, and Mrs. Lena Heemstra of Santa Ana, California; four brothers Nic Rowenhorst of Boyden, Al Rowenhorst of Sheldon and John and Chris Rowenhorst, both of Santa Ana, California; and six grandchildren.
