A. F. Auchstetter Rites Here Monday Funeral services were held at St. Joseph Church, Granville, Monday morning at 10:00 o'clock for Anton F. Auchstetter, 58, who passed away suddenly
Thursday evening, Feb. 27, at 8:30, following a cerebral hemorrhage, in the Sacred Heart Hospital, LeMars at the age of 58 years, 7 months and 7 days. Solemn Hequlem Mass was read
by Rev. N. J. Becker, Rev. J. J. Dalhoff and R. S. Grady of Humboldt.

He was born at Hospers on July 20, 1899, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Auchstetter. He was married to Almira Full at St. Joseph church, Granville, and began farming, later moving to a farm south of Granville. The couple moved to a home in Granville several years ago. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters. He is survived by his wife and 1 son, Gerald, who resides on the farm, one sister (Mary) Mrs. Ed Croat of Minnesota, three brothers, George and Elmer of Madison and Charles of Hospers. He was preceded in death by his parents,one sister (Rose) Mrs. Ray Ahlera, one brother, Lawrence.
