Hold Funeral Services In Doon
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 1:3O p. m. at the Congregational church in Doon for Mrs. Anna Houwen, 81. Mrs. Houwen died of a heart ailment in the Sacred Heart hospital at Yankton, S. D. Rev. N. Price officiated, and burial was in the Doon cemetery.

Surviving relatives are one son, Ross Houwen, Tabor, S. D., one daughter, Phay Houwen Yankton, two grandchildren, Mr. Kenneth Houwen of Tabor S.D., and Mrs. Charles Hart, of Yankton, S. D., and one great grandson, John Hart, Yankton, S. D.

Pallbearers were. George Engelking, Henry Hoogeveen, Henry Ver Maas, C. Lawrence, P W Moeller and George Scholten.
Mrs. Howen was a member of the Woman's Relief Corps and the Congregational Ladies Aid.
