Gilbert L. Pulscher, 63, of Jewell, formerly of Hawarden, died Friday September 9, 1994, at the Story City Memorial Hospital in Story City, IA. Graveside funeral service was Monday, September 12, 1994 at the Grace Hill Cemetery in Hawarden with the Rev. David Tellinghuisen officiating. Military Committal Service by the American Legion Post #254 of Hawarden. Porter-Dow Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Pulscher was born September 10, 1930 at Murdo, SD, the son of Otto and Marie (Anderson) Pulscher. He served with the US Army during the Korean War. He made his home in Orange City, LeMars, Knoxville, Cherokee and then at Jewell.

He is survived by 4 brother, Harold of Sioux City, Herbert of York, NE Merlin of Alcester, SD, and Francis of Sheldon; a sister, Phyllis Pulscher of Akron; and numerous nephews and nieces.
