Hold Funeral for S. Stallinga, Doon Father of Local Man Buried In Doon
Monday, July 2
Funeral services for Sybron Stallinga, well known Doon resident, and father of Julius Stallinga, manager of the Council Oak store in Rock Valley, were held
Monday July 6, with Rev. H. C. Hoekeman officiating. Intermentwas made in Doon cemetery Sybron Stallinga, was born March 15,1897 in Coopersville, Mich.
And passed away last Thursday, July 2, at the age of 56.

Deceased had lived most of his life in Sioux and Lyon County. He is survived by his wife and sons, Henry and Sidney and daughter, Margery, all of Doon, his son Julius of Rock Valley, and a daughter, Mrs. Ed Van Egdom of Hawarden.
