Brief obits in the Alton Democrat (March 2) and the Sioux Center News (March 2) give no additional information, including no husband's name.

She appears to have previously been the wife of Peter Wobbema, who died in 1914; his obituary (posted separately) lists the same surviving sons.

The Sioux County Cemetery Index has Wobbema, Klaaske (Hannenburg), b. 24 Oct 1966, d. 22 Feb 1950, West Lawn Cem Orange City IA. There is no index entry for her or a likely husband under Hanenburg or Hannenburg.

The Pella Press of Sept. 4, 1930 (Orange City news) has this: Mrs. T. Hanenburg of Edgerton, Minnesota spent a few days of last week here in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Wobbema and went from here to Grand Rapids, Michigan to visit in the home of her son, Peter and to make the acquaintance of a new granddaughter.

The Sioux County Capital (Orange City) of July 16, 1939 has a brief note saying Mrs. T. Hanenburg of Grand Rapids, Mich. is here visiting her children and staying with the Herman Wobbema family.
