Lester Watkins, of Turlock California died March 19, 1989 at a hospital in Turlock. He was a native of Missouri, and lived in the Ireton vicinity for some time. He married Mae De Vries of Ireton. She passed away in 1980. They moved to California in 1936. Lester was a brother of Truman Watkins, of Hawarden and Clara Bowden, of Ireton
