Helen A. (Harkness) Rozell, 81, of Marysville, WA, died May 18, 1987, in an Everett, WA, hospital. Funeral services were held May 22, at Schaefer, Shipman Funeral Home. Burial was at the Marysville cemetery.

Rozell was born December 18, 1905, in Akron. She lived in the Hawarden area until 1955.

Survivors include six children and their spouses, LaRaine "Sue" and Russell Friend, of Marysville, WA;Gordon and LenaSue Rozell, of Tulsa,OK; Ada and Duane Meether, of Plainsville, WA; Betty and Roger Satrom, Marysville, WA; Jim and Olivia Rozell, of Cottage Grove, OR;and Violet and Jerry McElrby, of Spokane, WA; two sisters, Esther Dimmick, of Hawarden, and Francis Lloyd, of Snohomish, WA: 30 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley Ostegaard, and her husband, Fred Rozell. Memorials are suggested to Snohomish Co. Fire District No. 12, 14716 35th Ave. NE, Marysville, WA.
