Funeral services were held for Mrs. Frank Kersbergen of Luverne, MN. Fri. in the First Presbyterian church at Luverne with Rev. Wesley Drummond officiating. Mrs. Kersbergen, 55, died Tues. night in the Luverne Community hospital. She had been ill since Christmas Day 1959. Burial was at the Maplewood Cemetery at Luverne under the direction of the Holm Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kersbergen was born Mary Klein Nov. 3, 1904, in Rock Valley to Mr. and Mrs. Fred Klein. She taught school for a few years before her marriage to Frank Kersbergen June 5, 1924 in Alvord. She bcame the mother of two children, both of whom survive. She worked as a saleslady at Creeger's in Luverne for about 15 years.

She is survived by her husband, her two children, Donald of Luverne and Eldora (Mrs. Jack Smith) of Luverne, seven grandchildren, five brothers, Karl of Ft. Dodge, Arthur of Rock Valley, Reuben of Long Beach, CA. Loyd of Rock Valley and Robert of Rock Valley; three sisters, Hulda (Mrs. Harry Kersbergen), Esther (Mrs. John Vander Weerd) of Stockton, ILL, and Mrs. Rosie Kessler of Rock Valley.
Her parents, a sister, and one grandchild, Mary Kae Smith preceded her in death.

Pallbearers were Norman Oldre, Dick Creeger, Leo Colbeck, Bryce Connell, Martin Bonthuis and George Golla.
